Require Customers Update Records Before Requesting Reservations

If applicable, you can prevent customers from requesting reservations when their immunization records are expired.

  1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin ยป Reservation and Appointment Requests.

  2. Under System-Wide Settings, configure the following setting:

    • Require Valid Immunizations Records before customers can request reservations: turn this setting to yes if you do not want to allow customers to submit reservation requests before first sending you updated immunization records.
