In Gingr, Grooming services are set up as Additional Services. Services like a Full Groom, Mini Groom, Face Feet & Fanny, Bath & Brush, etc. are all set up as Additional Services, not reservation types. Then, any add-on options that are available for these services, for example, Nail Trim, Ear Cleaning, Gland Expression, Teeth Brushing, etc., will bet set up as Service Options.

As an example, a customer might schedule a Grooming reservation for a Bath & Brush service and choose Nail Dremel as an add-on to the Bath & Brush.

Set Rates for Grooming Add-Ons

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Reservation Types and Services Configuration.
   
   
2. Locate your Grooming Services booking category and reservation type.
   
   
3. Select Rates.
   
   
   
4. Choose your location.
   

   Notice:  If you have more than one location, you’ll want to set the rate for your additional services at each of the locations that you offer those services.

   
   
5. Select the Additional Services tab.
   
   
6. Set the base rate for the add ons attached to this reservation type.
   

   Important:  If this is a variably priced service, leave the rate at $00.00. You will be able to set the price per pet and Gingr will remember that price the next time the pet comes in for that service.

   
   
7. Save your rates.
