Learn how to set a specialist as unavailable depending on if they are time-based or slot-based.
Set a Time-Based Specialist as Unavailable
- Navigate to Calendar » Facility Calendar.
- On the Day View, click under the specialist who needs to be set as unavailable.
- Select the Mark Unavailable button.
- Set the From Time and Until Time.
- Optionally, add a Note.
- Select the Save button when finished.
Set a Slot-Based Specialist as Unavailable
- Navigate to Reports & More » Manage Schedules.
- Select the slot-based service you're looking to remove the availability for the specific date.
- Edit the slot-based service's capacity to 0. If this is just for one day, you'll want to ensure to not apply this change to future shifts.
- Select the Save button to save these changes.
