Report Cards are a fun and useful feature in Gingr that your customers will love. They allow you to share photos, videos, and detailed information about their pet's stay with the pet parent.
Once the report card has been created, you can view it to preview what the customer will see.
View a Report Card
There are a few ways to find the report card:
- Left-hand Navigation: Report Cards » View Report Cards

From the Animals Profile Page
- Search for the pet to find their profile

Click on the Report Cards tab.
- Search for the pet to find their profile
- From the Dashboard
In the Checked-In or Going Home Today sections, there is a Report Card column that will tell you the date and time that the last report card was created for this pet. If you click on the date/time, it will take you the report card where you can view it before sending it to the customer
View Reports Cards in the Customer Portal
Customers can view their report cards and the photos associated with their report cards a few different ways in their Customer Portals:
- Report cards are accessible for customers to view via the {action_url} included in the system email Checkout Email (if template is enabled) regardless of the report card's send status.
- Report cards are not accessible for customers to view in their Customer Portal without the {action_url} included in the system email Checkout Email unless the report card is sent via sms or email.
- Photos and videos uploaded to report cards are visible via the "View" page in the Customer Portal as soon as the photos or videos are uploaded, regardless of the report card send status/check out status.
