Report Cards are a fun and useful feature in Gingr that your customers will love. They allow you to share photos, videos, and detailed information about their pet's stay with the pet parent.

Nothing needs to be done to enable the report card feature. Report cards that have been created during a pet's stay are automatically linked in a customer's checkout email or can be sent via email or SMS any time before checkout from the View Report Cards page. 

Before You Begin

• If you leave a section on the report card blank, it will not appear on the report card when the customer receives it.
