There are various reasons you may want to deactivate an animal profile such as when an animal passes away, is re-homed, or is banned from your facility. You will be able to update the animal profile so that the pet no longer shows up on the customer side of the app, and so that reminder emails are no longer sent.

Before You Begin
- You must be in the Admin user group to configure Deactivation Reasons.
- Deactivation Reasons are selected when selecting "Yes" on the Deactivated field on the Animal Form.
