Summary

Owner icons show important details about an owner wherever you see their name in Gingr. They also show in pop-up alerts where you set them to.

What this does

Gingr offers system icons. Gingr adds them to an owner automatically under certain conditions, such as unsigned agreements, balances due, cards on file, and available package credits.

You can also set up custom icons. Custom icons can identify anything you can imagine, such as Special Discounts or VIP Status.

Good to Know

• Owner icons are never visible to your customers, so feel free to be creative with them.

• All admin users have access to the admin page that controls these settings. This page is not available to other user groups through admin delegation.
