Learn how to find the unique invite code for your facility so your customers can access their profiles in the Pet Parent Mobile App.

Before You Begin

Only users in the admin user group can access the page in the Admin settings to locate this invite code.

Find the Mobile App Invite Code

1. Navigate to Admin » Portal Customization to locate the code.  
   
   
2. Scroll down slightly to view the blue text code. Within this blue text box, you'll find the link you can send to your customers to access their Customer Portal on a web browser. Below that link, you'll locate the invite code they'll need to access their Customer Portal on the mobile app.  
   
   
   
   
   • You may consider creating a marketing campaign to send out an email or sms to your customers letting them know what the mobile app invite code is so they can access their Customer Portal on the Pet Parent Mobile App on their mobile device.
