Convenience Fees When Making A Purchase

When making a payment through your Customer Portal, if the business has enabled Convenience Fees, you will see the fee during checkout when you opt to use your Card On File.

Notice: The convenience fee only appears once you select a card stored on file with the Gingr Payments processor. 

 

Viewing the Invoices After Checkout

In the Account tab, under Invoices & Estimates, you'll find that the Convenience Fee is listed on a separate invoice from the main charges. The first invoice will outline details such as reservations, services, or other items, while the second will cover the convenience fee, which is triggered by the payment event.
