The Notification Center tells you important information at a quick glance from your Customer Portal home screen. Notifications may include details such as missing profile information, required vaccines, or incomplete Gingr PreCheck forms.
You can click a notification in the Notification Center to view the associated page. Once all required information has been completed, the notification will automatically clear from the list. If your facility uses Gingr PreCheck, the PreCheck form notification will also be removed once your pet is checked in.
