Sign Legal Agreements in the Customer Portal (How To)

Learn the different ways to find and sign the legal agreements your pet care facility requires in order to successfully request reservations from your customer portal.

 

Before You Begin

If you're having any issue reading or signing those agreements in your customer portal, please contact your pet care facility directly for help.

 

Sign Agreements from Your Profile

Important:  You may only sign your legal agreements by editing your profile if your pet care facility has configured specific settings to allow this. If this option is not available to you, please utilize one of the alternate methods below.

  1. Log into your Customer Portal > Account.

  2. Select Manage Profiles.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Select View & Sign to successfully sign any listed agreements.


Sign Agreements from Waivers & Agreements

  1. Log into your Customer Portal > Account.

  2. Select Waivers & Agreements.

  3. Select Sign to read and sign your agreement.

    Sign Agreements During Booking Process

    1. Log into your Customer Portal > Book.

    2. Select the Booking Category, as well as the reservation type you'd like to request. A slide-out window will appear from the right where you can read the agreement required for that reservation type, as well as sign.
