| Setting | Description |
| Can Override Capacity | If this permission is enabled (set to yes/on), these users will be given the option to override the location's capacity (the maximum number of animals allowed at the facility at one time) when they receive the 'at capacity' error message while booking reservations. |
System-Wide Settings
Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Reservation and Appointment Requests.
| Setting | Description |
| Allow Requests Over Capacity | If this setting is enabled, customers will be able to request reservations over your capacity limit, which would give the staff the responsibility of rejecting requests that are over capacity. If this setting is disabled, customers will get an error message if they try to request a reservation on a day where your facility has hit a capacity limit. |
