Owner Reports

There are many reports in Gingr that can help gather useful data about Pet Parents in your app. 

The View All Owners Report is a complete list of all owners in your database, including leads and inactive owner profiles. 

The Deactivated Reasons Report allows you to view pets that were deactivated during a specific date range, as well as for specific deactivation reasons.

The Employee Notes Report allows you to view all employee notes added to animal and/or owner profiles during the selected time frame. 

The Owners Files Report allows businesses to generate a list of files that have been uploaded to owners accounts crossed a specified date range.

The New Customers Report generates a list of new customers created during a specified time frame.

Reporting & Location Access

Reports in Gingr use location-based reporting. Results are calculated based on the locations selected in the report, and each report’s location label determines how results are calculated.

Available locations are limited to the user’s Allowed Locations. If a location does not appear as an option, verify the user’s location access before running the report.
