Quick Check-In can be used to quickly check in multiple animals at a time.
Tip: If a pet is not showing up for Quick Check-In, try rebuilding your search index from Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Manage Data » Rebuild Search Index.
Quick Check-In a Pet
- Navigate to Dashboard » Quick Check In.
- Choose the Reservation Type.
- Type the name of the pet that you're checking in into the Choose Animal(s) field. You can check in several pets at once if needed.
Tip: You can enter the owner's first and last names to find the pet(s).
- Set the end time if different than your Default Hours of Operation.
- Click Add! You will get a success message in the top right corner of your screen, and now the animal will be listed in the Checked In section of your Dashboard.
Important: If you have Check-In Questions set up for a particular reservation type, they will not come up automatically when using Quick Check-In or if you check them in using a barcode scanner. To answer the questions, select the gray "i" icon to the right of the reservation type drop-down.
