Find an Owner or Animal ID Number

You can find the Pet and Owner ID #'s within the URL (unique webpage address).

1. Navigate to a customer or pet profile page.
   
   
2. Once you are on the page and viewing the customer or pet profile, the ID number will be the number at the end of the URL.

In this example, Fred's animal ID # is "6". To find the customer ID for Alex, simply navigate to the owners' profile page by clicking on their name, and check the URL.

If using Google Chrome, you can simply hover your cursor over the Customer or Pet name, and a URL will appear in the bottom left side of the browser window displaying the website address (just like you see above) containing the customer or pet ID. No need to click to actually navigate to the customer or pet profile.
