Introduction
All reservations must be checked out in the shopping cart to finalize charges and the reservation details. This report helps identify which pets are checking out on a given day. You can use this report to generate a list of checkouts for a selected date by reservation type.

This provides a more concentrated view specifically focusing on checkouts, aimed at obtaining more refined data.
In addition to standard reporting features, this report includes:

Export Options: You may export the report by selecting the "Export to Excel?" checkbox upon report generation.
- Alternatively, utilize the green "Print PDF" button to create a PDF version of the report.
Getting Started
- Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » Check Outs to locate the Check Outs Report.
- Fill out the fields according to the parameters below.
- Click Generate!
Report Parameters
Parameter | Description |
Date | Enter a date to generate a report that will pull all animals whose reservations are set to end on the selected date. |
Reservation Types | Select which reservation types to include in the report. |
Export to Excel? | Check this box to generate the report results to Excel. |
Helpful Hints
- By default, all available reservation types are selected.
Report Output
Check Outs will be grouped by reservation type. You will see a list of all reservations checked out on your specified date.

Report Output | Description |
Animal | Animals name and breed |
Owner | The owner's first and last name |
Lodging | This is the kennel assigned to the animal's reservation. |
Services | List of additional services attached to the animal's reservation. |
Question 1 | Check-in question # 1 for the assigned reservation type |
Question 2 | Check-in question # 2 for the assigned reservation type |
Question 3 | Check-in question # 3 for the assigned reservation type |
Tips and Tricks
- Unlike other reports, these results cannot be organized by clicking on the column header.
- Clicking on the name of the Owner or Animal will redirect the user to the respective profile.
- Questions 1, 2, and 3 are set per reservation type under Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Reservation Types and Services Configuration. For more information on setting these questions up, please visit our article Check-In.
