This section will guide you through how to manage trusted time clock devices. By the end of this section, you will have an understanding of how to deactivate the status of devices that are no longer in use.

Before You Begin

There is one user permission associated with the trusted devices setting. It can be enabled for the admin user group at Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » Groups.

• Can enter trusted devices into time clock mode: this permission setting allows users to login on a trusted device and enter the time clock mode, via the Gingr Notifications App. 

Manage Trusted Devices

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Time Clock.
   
   
2. Scroll down to the section titled Time Clock Devices. After a device has been entered into time clock mode, that device will automatically show in the Time Clock Devices section which includes each device's information.
   
   

3. To deactivate the status for a device that is no longer in use, set the status of that specific device to no/off.
