Reservation Delta Report (Reference)

Introduction

The Reservation Delta report is designed to find customers who haven't had a reservation during a specified date range but have had a reservation during another specified date range. For example, if you wanted to know all customers who came in for grooms earlier this year but haven't been in during the last six weeks, you could find that information with this report.

You can also find customers who have had reservations during two different date ranges. For example, if you wanted to know everyone who has had reservations during Christmas for the last two years, you could achieve that with this report.

 

Use the Report

Find customers who haven't been in during a specified date range.

In my example below, I would like to find all customers who came in for grooms between 03/01/2019 and 01/01/2020 but have not been in since 01/02/2020 to 02/11/2020.

To run the report, go to Left-Navigation: Reports & More » Reports » Reservation Delta Report.

  1. Select the From Date 1 and Until Date 1. This first date range represents customers who have been in between these dates. For my example, this will be 03/01/2019 and 01/01/2020.

  2. Select the From Date 2 and Until Date 2. This date range represents customers who have not been in between these dates. For my example, this will be 01/02/2020 to 02/11/2020.

  3. Select the Location.

  4. Select the Reservation Types. In my example, I selected Grooming Services because I want to know everyone who came in for grooms between 03/01/2019 and 01/01/2020 but have not been in since 01/02/2020 to 02/11/2020.

  5. Click the Only include owners who have not visited during the second date range.

  6. Click the Generate Report? button.

Voila! You now have a list of customers who came in for grooms between 03/01/2019 and 01/01/2020 but have not been in since 01/02/2020 to 02/11/2020.

 

Find customers who have been in during two specified date ranges.

In the next example, I would like to know all of my customers who have boarded during Christmas for the last two years.

To run the report, go to Left-Navigation: Reports & More » Reports » Reservation Delta Report.

  1. Select the From Date 1 and Until Date 1. This first date range represents customers who have been in between these dates. For my example, this will be 12/25/2019 to 12/25/2019.

  2. Select the From Date 2 and Until Date 2. This date range represents customers who have not been in between these dates. For my example, this will be 12/25/2020 to 12/25/2020.

  3. Select the Location.

  4. Select the Reservation Types. In my example, I selected all my boarding reservation types.

    Important:  Do not click the Only include owners who have not visited during the second date range.

  5. Click the Generate Report? button.

Now you have a list of everyone who boarded during Christmas 2019 and Christmas 2020.

 

Add Customers to Campaigns

Click the + Add to Campaign button at the top of the generated list of reservations to include owners in a new campaign email or SMS.
