Summary

Pet parents can open a facility's Customer Portal in a web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.

Log In

1. Go to your facility's customer portal page: https://businessname.portal.gingrapp.com/. Replace "businessname" with the subdomain of the facility.
2. Log in to your Gingr account, or create a new profile.

If the business created your profile for you, sign in with your email address or phone number. Gingr asks you to create your own password for future logins.

Sign Up

If you do not have a customer profile with Gingr yet, select Sign Up. Gingr takes you to the forms for the owner and pet profiles and lets you set your password.

Contact the Facility

Select Contact Facility to see the facility's contact information. You can also fill out a form that goes straight to the facility. The facility can customize the form, so the fields may differ.
