If immunizations are not displaying correctly, you can rebuild the animal immunization index to see if that solves the problem. If it doesn't, you can reach out to Support team for further assistance.

Rebuild the Animal Immunizations Index

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Manage Data.
   
   
2. Select Rebuild Animal Immunization Index.
   
   
   
   
3. Try looking at the immunizations on a pet's profile to ensure they're working properly.
