Include Banned Animals? | Include animals who are marked as deactivated when running the report. |
All | Generate the report to include all animals with the selected icon(s) associated with the account. |
Checked-In | Generate the report to only include pets currently checked into the facility. |

Helpful Hints
- If the icon is simply removed from the account, not from the alert pop-up, then the animal is not included on the report.
- The Include Deleted? setting also shows deceased pets too! Adding unique icons to deceased and banned pets respectively will easily help set them apart in the report.
- The Include Banned Animals? option will pull all pets with icons in your database, including those pets that are inactive. Adding an inactive icon before deactivating a pet will help you know which pets can be passed over when viewing the report.
- The Checked-In setting is useful to identify brachycephalic/heat-sensitive pet icons during high-temperature seasons, seasonal allergy icons during spring/fall, and/or icons for double/triple-coated pets during a busy grooming season
