Expired Vaccinations Report (Reference)

Introduction

This report will generate a report of all animals who currently have expired vaccination records. When initially loading the report, all animals with expired or missing vaccination records are displayed. 

Reporting & Location Access

Reports in Gingr use location-based reporting. Results are calculated based on the locations selected in the report rather than displaying data for all locations by default. Each report indicates the type of location it uses, which determines how results are calculated.

Common location types include:

  • Booking Location – Where the reservation or appointment takes place

  • Invoice Location – Where revenue and financial activity are attributed

  • Spend Location – Where the pet parent’s purchases and charges occurred

  • Package Purchase Location – Where a package or subscription was purchased

  • Subscription Location – Where the subscription is enrolled

  • Transaction Location – Where the payment was processed

  • Pet Parent Home Location – The pet parent’s assigned home location

Available locations in a report are determined by the user’s Allowed Locations. Users can only view and report on locations they are explicitly allowed to access. If a location does not appear as an option, verify the user’s Allowed Locations configuration before running the report.

Key Features

In addition to standard reporting features, this report includes:

  • Export Options. You may export the report by selecting the Print PDF button upon report generation.
     
  • Advanced Column Features. Add, arrange, and sort columns to get the data you want. To learn more, refer to the Advanced Column Features reference document.
     
  • Add to Campaign. Generated report lists can be added to a campaign by selecting the + Add to Campaign button at the top of the list.  

 

Getting Started

Report Parameters

Report parameters form with checkboxes. 

Parameter  Description
Expires Before Filter report to show animals with a vaccination that expired on or before a specific date. 
Has Reservation Starting Between Filter report to show animals with an upcoming reservation during the date range that has a vaccination(s) that is already expired or will be expired at the time of the reservation
Locations
 		 Filter report to only show animals at a specific location.
Include Banned Animals? Check this box to include pets who have the Deactivated setting enabled on their account. 
Include Animals with No records? Pets with no records on their account are not automatically included in this report. Checking this box will include all animals with no records on their account in the report. 
Include Reservations on the waitlist? Check this box when filtering the report by upcoming reservations to include reservations that are currently waitlisted on this report.
Include entries with note and no date This will include pets who have a note on their immunization but not an expiration date entered. 
Export to Excel
 		 Checking this box with export the report to Excel upon clicking Generate Report. 

 

Helpful Hints

  • The include entries with note and no date parameter will allow you to see animals with a note but no expiration date entered are considered EXEMPT from the immunization.

 

Report Output

Table of expired animal vaccinations.

Output Description
Owner Click on the owner's name to be redirected to their profile.
Animal Click on the animal's name to be redirected to their profile.
Vet Info The vet's name and phone number.
Next Reservation Start date of the animal's next scheduled reservation.
# of Expired Vaccinations The total number of vaccinations expired on the animal's profile. 
Expired Types The vaccination type and date of expiration for any vaccinations expired on the animal's profile

 

Tips and Tricks

  • Use the column headers on the report to reorganize data alphabetically or numerically.
     
  • Clicking on the name of the Owner or Animal will redirect the user to the respective profile.
     
  • Selecting + Add to Campaign will add the owners to a new campaign email or SMS.
     
  • In the # of Expired Vaccinations column, selecting the number of expired vaccinations will redirect the user to manage the animal's vaccinations.
