Gingr supports multiple receipt printers, including all Star TSP models. Receipt printers must connect to your device via USB, and the connected device must support printer drivers.

Prepare Star TSP Printer

1. To download the latest drivers from Star's Receipt Printers, select your printer model, then select the "software full" download button for the appropriate operating system (PC, Mac, or Linux).
   
   
2. Unzip the downloaded folder in your computer downloads folder.
   
   
3. Open the unzipped folder, open the Setup folder, then double click the "setup_" application (for newer PCs use 86 setup and for older computers use 64 setup).

Reference:  If you have a security program in place, then please select Yes when it asks if you would like to allow this program to make changes to your computer.
