Introduction

Gingr supports multiple receipt printers, including all POS-X models, the Citizen CT-S310, and all Star TSP models. The following articles detail how to set up a Star TSP receipt printer with Gingr, as well as how to configure settings for and restart the printer.

Important:  Receipt printers must connect to your device via a USB connection. The connected device must be able to support printer drivers.

Reference:  There is an issue with Windows 10 and Printnode. Currently, there cannot be any images in printed receipts. Please ensure that the small receipt custom text field in your Location does not have any images.
