Restart Star TSP Printer
- Power off your receipt printer.
- Unplug the receipt printer from your computer.
- Unplug the receipt printer from the power outlet.
- Power off your computer.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the receipt printer into the computer.
- Power on the computer.
- Plug the receipt printer into the power outlet.
- Power on the receipt printer.
- Open your computer's Printers and Scanners window again.
- Select the Star Printer from the printer list and open Printer Properties.
- On the General tab, select Print Test Page to verify that your printer and computer are now communicating successfully.
