Restart Star TSP Printer

  1. Power off your receipt printer.

  2. Unplug the receipt printer from your computer.

  3. Unplug the receipt printer from the power outlet.

  4. Power off your computer.

  5. Wait 30 seconds.

  6. Plug the receipt printer into the computer.

  7. Power on the computer.

  8. Plug the receipt printer into the power outlet.

  9. Power on the receipt printer.

  10. Open your computer's Printers and Scanners window again.

  11. Select the Star Printer from the printer list and open Printer Properties.

  12. On the General tab, select Print Test Page to verify that your printer and computer are now communicating successfully.
