There may be times when a pet parent needs their own special rate. For example, maybe the regular boarding rate is $55 per night but specific animals can board for $45 per night. Here's how you set up custom rates:

Add a Custom Rate

1. Navigate to the Owner Profile.
   
   
2. Under Rates, click the Manage Rates button.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Location.
   
   
4. Select the Reservation Type.
   
   
5. Enter the new rate, then scroll down.

6. Click the Save Rates button.
   
   

Reset Custom Rates

If you no longer want to offer the custom rates to a pet parent, you can rest the rates with the Reset Rates button.

1. From the Owner Profile, click the Manage Rates button.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Reset Rates button.
   
   

The custom rates have now been reset!
