An automated discount can be set up to automatically give a discount to certain VIP pets. VIP discounts will only apply to animals that have the VIP setting enabled on their profile. To do this, we will create a Pricing Rule.
Important: VIP Pricing Rules will only apply to Reservation rates and do not include additional services, packages, or retail.
