In order for your VIP pricing rules to apply, the pet(s) must have the "VIP" setting enabled on their profile. Once this is complete, the system will generate a VIP tag on the pet profile, for easy identification. 

Important:  If you do not see this field on your animal form, contact support and we can assist you!

Enable VIP Setting for an Animal

1. Navigate to the Animal Profile.
   
   
2. Edit the animal's profile.
   
   
3. Ensure that the "VIP?" setting is turned on.
   
   
4. Save the profile.
