This article shows you how to turn on the "VIP" setting on an animal's profile so your VIP pricing rules apply. Gingr then adds a VIP tag to the pet profile so you can spot it easily.

Steps

Important: If you do not see this field on your animal form, contact support and we can assist you.

1. Go to the animal profile.

2. Select Edit on the animal's profile.

3. Turn on the "VIP?" setting.

4. Select Save. A VIP tag appears on the pet profile.
