In the event that an employee password is forgotten, a password reset can be requested from the Gingr employee login page.

Reset Employee Password

1. Navigate to https://companyname.gingrapp.com (replace "companyname" with your subdomain). 
   
   

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
   
   

3. Select Forgot password?

   
   
   
4. Check your email for a link to reset your password.
   
   
5. After this is reset you can then log in with your new password from the employee login page.
