Late Check-Ins Report (Reference)

Introduction

The Late Check-Ins Report will generate a list of owners (and attached reservations) that have cancelled bookings after the scheduled start date and time. This page will generate a report that contains all reservations that were cancelled after the scheduled start date.

 

Getting Started

This page will produce a report that contains all reservations that were cancelled after the scheduled start date.

  1. Select the starting date. This can go as far back as you'd like.

  2. Select the end date. You can mark this to a future date, but this will not affect the outcome of the report.

  3. Click the blue Generate Report! button for a list of owners that have cancelled reservations after their scheduled start date.

Parameter Description
Owner Owner's name that checked in late
Animal(s) Animal(s) name attached to reservation
# of Reservations The number of reservations for which the owner has checked their pet(s) in late.
Average Time Late Average # of minutes the owner checked in their pet after the scheduled start time.
Reservations Click "View Reservation Details" to see the bookings associated with this report.

 

Tips and Tricks

  • Owner - Optionally click the owner name to view their Owner Profile.

  • Animal(s) - Optionally click the pet name to view their Pet Profile

  • Average Time Late - A message will populate under the table with an Average Late Time across all late reservations.

 

Export and Print the Report

Click the green Export to PDF button at the top of the report to get a PDF version of this report. If you'd like to export to a CSV file, check the box "Export to Excel?" in the report parameters at the top of the page.
