Purchase Packages

Packages can be purchased directly from the Customer Portal. Packages may include multiple components such as reservation credits, service credits, or add-ons, all bundled together into a single purchase. When added to the cart, the full bundle is included and cannot be separated into individual components.

Follow the steps below to purchase a package.

Reference:  This section is only for purchasing standalone packages. For more information on purchasing package subscriptions, proceed to Purchase Package Subscriptions.

Step 1: Go to Shop Packages

1. Log in to your Customer Portal.

2. Navigate to Shop > Shop Packages.
   

All packages your pet care provider has made available for online purchase will display here. Each package can be expanded to view included components, pricing, and descriptions.

Step 2: Add a Package to the Cart

1. Locate and select the package you want to purchase. A pop-out will appear that breaks down the Package components. 
   

2. Select Add to Cart.

3. A confirmation message will appear indicating the package was added.

Packages appear in the cart as a single bundled item, with each component listed beneath it.

Step 3: Open the Shopping Cart

Select the Cart icon in the top right corner of the portal.

The cart displays all items currently selected, including the full breakdown of package components if applicable.

Step 4: Review Cart and Proceed to Payment

1. Review the items in the cart.

2. Select Payment to continue to checkout.

3. If the customer has a card on file, it will appear as a payment option. Additional cards can also be added during checkout.

Step 5: Complete the Payment

1. If paying with a saved card: Select the card and click Checkout.
   
2. If adding a new card:
   • Enter the card details in the secure payment form.
   • Select Use This Card to save the card.
   • Select Checkout to complete the purchase.
     

Once the transaction is complete, the package and its associated components are added to the customer’s account for future use.
