Introduction

Gingr supports the ability to import/export Marketing Campaign Templates between Gingr applications. This is useful if your business has multiple Gingr applications (subdomains) and you want to share campaign templates between them.

Export Campaign Template

Reference:  These steps are to be completed in the application you wish to copy the campaign template FROM.

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Owners & Pets » Marketing.
   
   
2. Click on the Manage Campaign Templates button.
   
   
3. Locate the campaign template you wish to export and click the dropdown menu next to its name.
   
   
4. Click the Export button.
   
   
5. Copy everything on the screen to your device's clipboard (i.e. ctrl+a & ctrl+c on Windows, cmd+a & cmd+c on Mac).

Import Campaign Template

Reference:  These steps are to be completed in the application you wish to copy the campaign template TO.

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Owners & Pets » Marketing.
   
   
2. Click on the Manage Campaign Templates button.
   
   
3. Click on the Import Campaign Template button.
   
   
4. Enter a useful name for this template into the Name field.
   
   
5. Paste the data we exported in the Export Campaign Template section into the Data field (i.e. ctrl+v on Windows, cmd+v on Mac).
   
   
6. Click the blue Import Template! button.
   
   
7. Once you receive the success message, your campaign template has been imported to this application.
