To update the billing information for your Gingr subscription, follow the steps outlined in this article.

Important:  If the subscription recently changed ownership, the previous owner's card will continue to be charged until the new owner updates this information. If this happens, the previous owner will need to coordinate with the new owner for reimbursement.

Before You Begin

• New Payment Sources can be added manually or using the secure financial connection service Plaid. If Plaid does not have your financial institution listed or you experience any difficulties, please try the manual connection option.
  
  
• In some cases, Payment Sources are verified using microdeposits of a few cents to your account. Once your Payment Source has been fully verified, these small deposits will be reversed automatically.
  
  
• If you notice incorrect or outdated billing contact information, please reach out to Gingr Support for assistance in correcting this information. Updates to billing contacts must be submitted by the verified payer of the Gingr subscription.

Update Subscription Billing Information

1. Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin » Manage Gingr Subscription. 
   
   
2. Select Add Bank Account or Add Card, depending on how you'll be paying for your Gingr subscription.
   
   
3. Remove the previous payment method under Payment Sources by selecting the red X by the card/bank information.
   
   

Important:  If you're using a business bank account that is connected to multiple accounts, you will need to use manual verification instead of Plaid to ensure the correct account is attached.

View & Pay Unpaid Invoices

1. Scroll to the Subscriptions section » Invoices tab.
   
   
2. Select Pay Invoice beside the past-due invoice.
   
   

Notice:  Only the 10 most recent invoices will be displayed on this page. Please contact our Support team for assistance accessing older invoices if needed.
