At your discretion, you will need to create a user account for the new owner and give them Admin access. You can do this whenever you feel comfortable, or on whichever date you and the new owner have agreed that this will happen.
Before You Begin
Important: If you are using card processing, we recommend giving them access to the app at least 1 day prior to going live so that they can ensure that their terminal is configured.
- We will not give access to anyone without your written notice.
- We recommend that you contact us at least 2 weeks before the effective date so that no one is rushed, and everything can get ironed out before the new owner goes live.
Grant Access to New Owner
- Agree upon a date that access will be granted.
- Create a user account for the new owner in Reports & More > Users.
- Grant the account Admin access.
