Unsigned Agreements
If a staff member tries to make a reservation for a customer who has not yet signed the required agreement(s), Gingr will display an error message:
How It Works
When attempting to create a reservation, Gingr checks whether all required agreements for the booking location are signed.
If any required agreements for that specific location are missing, an error message will appear, preventing the reservation from being created.
Overriding Agreement Requirements
Staff users with the Can Override Agreements user permission can bypass this requirement.
When enabled, the user will see additional action buttons on the error prompt that allow them to override and proceed with the booking.
Important: The override applies only to the current booking and only for agreements required at that specific location.
