Overview
Users with the Can Upload/Delete Agreements permission can upload a scanned copy of a signed paper agreement to fulfill the signature requirement in Gingr.
This is helpful when a customer has signed an agreement on paper rather than electronically.
Step-by-Step: Upload Scans of Paper Agreements

Navigate to the Owner Profile » Agreements tab.
If your business has multiple locations, select the location from the dropdown to view the agreements assigned to that site.
In the Unsigned Agreements section, click the Actions Menu > Sign Agreement.

Upload the signed document as a photo (JPG/PNG) or PDF file.
Once uploaded, the agreement will appear as signed in Gingr. You can view or download the uploaded file at any time from the customer’s Agreements tab.
Additional Notes
Uploaded scans are linked to both the selected agreement and the current location.
The signature record will include the upload details, timestamp, and associated location.
Only users with the proper permissions can upload or delete scanned agreements.
