Change Cancellation Reason (How-To)

You may need to change the cancellation reason on an already canceled reservation from time-to-time.

 

Change Cancellation Reason

  1. Navigate to the Animal or Owner Profile.

  2. Locate the cancelled reservation.

  3. Click the Action Dropdown Menu.

  4. Select View Reservation Details.

  5. Change the Cancellation Reason in the dropdown menu.
