You may need to change the cancellation reason on an already canceled reservation from time-to-time.
Change Cancellation Reason
- Navigate to the Animal or Owner Profile.
- Locate the cancelled reservation.
- Click the Action Dropdown Menu.
- Select View Reservation Details.
- Change the Cancellation Reason in the dropdown menu.
