Bulk Cancel Reservations (How-To)

There are many reasons why you may need to cancel multiple reservations at the same time. Cancelling reservations in bulk is much easier than cancelling a lot of reservations one-by-one.

If there are deposits attached to any reservation, they will need to be forfeited or refunded. Learn more about how to do that here

Before You Begin

Warning:  Ensure that all reservation types are listed under the Reservation Cancellation Email template and that the template is enabled by going to Left-Navigation: Admin » System Email. Failure to do so may result in cancellation emails not sending to some pet parents. Learn more about System Email here.

 

Bulk Cancel Reservations

  1. Navigate to Left-Navigation: Reports & More » Reports » Reservations by Date Range report.

  2. Enter the date range.

  3. Select the Reservation Type.

  4. Select the Generate Report button.

  5. Check the box next to reservations you wish to cancel. A cancel button will appear at the top.

  6. Select the cancel button.
