There are many reasons why you may need to cancel multiple reservations at the same time. Cancelling reservations in bulk is much easier than cancelling a lot of reservations one-by-one.
If there are deposits attached to any reservation, they will need to be forfeited or refunded. Learn more about how to do that here.
Before You Begin
Warning: Ensure that all reservation types are listed under the Reservation Cancellation Email template and that the template is enabled by going to Left-Navigation: Admin » System Email. Failure to do so may result in cancellation emails not sending to some pet parents. Learn more about System Email here.
Bulk Cancel Reservations
- Navigate to Left-Navigation: Reports & More » Reports » Reservations by Date Range report.
- Enter the date range.
- Select the Reservation Type.
- Select the Generate Report button.
- Check the box next to reservations you wish to cancel. A cancel button will appear at the top.
- Select the cancel button.
