Report Output Description
Hour Indicates the time of pets' check-in/check-out, displayed in 15-minute increments.
# of Reservations

Represented by the light blue line on the graph, indicating the number of reservations checked in or out during each time slot depending on the parameter selected.

Cumulative Represented by the dark blue line on the graph, indicating the total number of reservations up to that time of day at each corresponding time.

As an example, if you have 6 reservations check in at 09:00 AM, both the Reservations and Cumulative lines will register at 6. Then, if another 8 reservations check in at 09:15 AM, the Reservations line will display as 8, representing the number of reservations within that timeframe, while the Cumulative line will rise to 14, indicating the total number of reservations checked in for the day.

Tips and Tricks

  • This report highlights actual check-in/check-out times rather than scheduled ones, making it more suited for trend monitoring rather than future analysis. If you are looking for future forecasts of reservations, you can use our Future Revenue Estimator. Please see our article on Using the Future Revenue Estimator.

  • If the report skips a time frame, such as jumping from 9:30 am to 10:45 am, it indicates that no check-in or check-out activity took place during that period.

  • To utilize this report effectively in identifying peak check-ins or check-outs, it's advisable to pay attention to the light blue Reservations line. This line offers valuable insights into the volume of reservations processed within each 15-minute interval.
