Phone support remains available for limited situations where a real-time conversation is required.
In order to contact our support team through messaging or submit a request using our ticket form, you'll need to be logged into either your Gingr app or the Gingr Support Site.

Ways to Contact Support
Messaging Support (Recommended)
Best for: Most questions, troubleshooting, and requests.
Messaging is the primary way to contact Gingr Support and is designed to get your request to the right specialist as quickly as possible. A virtual assistant helps gather key details at the start so a support agent has the full context when reviewing your message.
You do not need to remain online. Your conversation stays open, and a support agent will respond when hands-on help is needed.
How to start a message:
From the Gingr App
Select the ? (Help) icon.
Choose Get Support.
Select the chat bubble in the bottom right corner to start a message.
Messaging is available daily during support hours. Responses may be asynchronous, depending on request volume and complexity.
Phone Support
Best for: Time-sensitive or blocking issues when messaging or email are not sufficient.
Phone support is available during business hours for situations that require immediate, real-time discussion. For most requests, Messaging or Email will result in faster and more thorough support.
