Introduction

This article will provide a map between the old admin section layout and the new admin section layout and pages as of 3/12/2020.

The value entered here will display an icon if a pet remains unaltered after this threshold.

For example, entering 9 would trigger the icon if a pet was over 9 months old and unaltered.

Broadly Request Positive Survey only

Animals » Broadly

If enabled, a Broadly survey request will only be sent when a customer leaves a positive Gingr survey.

Use Call Feature

Show custom icons in cart

Shopping Cart and Point of Sale » Checkout Options

Displays an animal's custom animal icons in the shopping cart by default. Icons do not display on printed invoices.

Allow Quick Checkout with Services

Allows quick check out with packages, prepayments, and store credit if there are services attached to the reservation and there is no amount owed.

Apply Coupons to Final Modifiers

Applies coupons to line item subtotals after final rate discounts and charges have been applied. 

Allow Coupons Cart Wide

Allows coupons to be applied in bulk to all items in the cart. 

Require Owner for Transactions

Requires an owner to be selected in the shopping cart to proceed with checkout. 

Survey Trigger Alert Threshold

Customers who select the number entered in this field or lower will not see survey custom text. Staff will all receive negative survey notification.

Tip Amounts
