Introduction

Gingr offers flexible subscription options, allowing weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or annual package subscriptions. The customer's credit card is automatically charged according to the set interval, and the corresponding package will be added to their account.

To use this feature, you must have Gingr's integrated credit card processing, available through CardConnect or Gingr Payments. Please see our article Differences Between Gingr Payments and CardConnect for more information.

Helpful Hints

• The amount that a package credit deducts from charges in the cart is directly linked to the Location Default Rate for the associated reservation type.
  
  
• Refunding a package subscription charge does not automatically terminate the subscription enrollment. For more information, please refer to Cancel Package Subscriptions.
