Overview

Pet Parents can sign up for Memberships directly within the Customer Portal or the Gingr for Pet Parents Mobile App. The Memberships feature requires an integrated payments account using either Gingr Payments or CardConnect. Pet Parents would need to have a Card on File to complete the Membership sign up process. 

Important:  Integrated payments through Gingr Payments or CardConnect is required to allow Membership Sign Up through the Customer Portal

Sign Up as a Pet Parent

1. Navigate to the Customer Portal and log in as an existing customer.
    

2. Navigate to Side Navigation: Shop.

   

3. Click the Shop Memberships button to view the available Retail Items for sale.

   

4. Locate the Membership and select View & Enroll.

   

5. Confirm the Card on File or Add a Card on File if needed.

   

6. Review the benefits and sign the Agreement.

   

7. Review the payment schedule and select Enroll.

8. Lastly, a confirmation screen will show all details of the Sign Up.
