How to Set Up $0.00 Memberships
Step 1: Configure a New Membership
- Navigate to Left-hand Navigation: Admin > Manage Memberships.
- Select + Add to create a new membership option.
- Configure the following settings:

Membership Name: Create a clear and descriptive name for the $0.00 membership.

Select Locations this membership should be available.

Billing Schedule: Choose whether this membership will be applied weekly, monthly, or annually.

Benefits: Select the specific benefits that will apply to this membership (discounts, rewards, etc).

Price: Set the membership price to $0.00.
- Optional: Upload Terms and Conditions for this membership.

Membership Name: Create a clear and descriptive name for the $0.00 membership.
Important: Customers are required to review the terms of the membership and any additional terms & conditions that have been assigned during configuration before completing the purchase.
Step 2: Save and Verify
- After configuring the membership, click Save.
- Ensure the membership is active and visible to staff by verifying its status in the Memberships list.
