Introduction
The Memberships Report provides a system-wide view of all memberships, including active and canceled ones. This report helps businesses track membership statuses, renewal details, and reservation activity for pet parents.
Getting Started
To access the Memberships Report, navigate to: Left-hand Navigation: Reports & More » Reports » Memberships.
Key Features

Filtering & Sorting: Use the top filters to customize report results.

Cancel Memberships: Click the red "X" to cancel an active membership.

View Owner Profile: Click the hyperlinked owner’s name to navigate to their profile.

Export to CSV: Download report data for further analysis.

+Add to Campaign: Target specific pet parents for marketing and communication.
Report Output
This report displays all pet parents with active or canceled memberships. If a pet parent has multiple memberships, they will appear multiple times in the report.
Settings | Description |
Actions | Click the action button to view the membership’s details & history or cancel an active membership. |
Owner | Displays the pet parent’s first and last name. Click the hyperlinked name to access the Owner Profile. |
Membership Name | Lists the type of membership. Users can sort or filter by specific membership types. |
Purchase Location | Shows where the membership was purchased. Users can sort or filter by specific locations. |
Enrollment Date | Displays when the membership was first purchased. Sortable chronologically or by a specific date range. |
Last Renewal Date | Displays the most recent renewal date. Sortable chronologically or by a specific date range. |
Last Renewal Status | Shows whether the membership is Current or Past Due (blank if renewal has not yet occurred). Businesses can use this to follow up on failed payments. |
Next Renewal Date | Displays the upcoming renewal date (blank if canceled). Sortable chronologically or by a specific date range. |
Next Renewal Status | Shows whether the membership is Active or Canceled. Useful for marketing campaigns targeting specific groups. |
Last Reservation Date | Displays the last time the pet parent had a reservation. Businesses can use this data to analyze visit frequency. |
Next Reservation Date | Displays the pet parent's next scheduled reservation (blank if none). Helps businesses track future engagement. |
Canceled Date | Displays the date the membership was canceled (blank if still active). |
Tips and Tricks
- Use Filters Wisely – Find at-risk members by filtering Last Renewal Status → Past Due or track new sign-ups via Enrollment Date.
- Identify Engaged Customers – Compare Last & Next Reservation Dates to spot frequent visitors for upselling or loyalty rewards.
- Follow Up on Cancellations – Filter by Canceled Date and use +Add to Campaign to send win-back offers.
- Track Renewals Proactively – Monitor Next Renewal Date and Last Renewal Status to prevent revenue loss.
- Export for Custom Insights – Use Export to CSV to analyze trends and track membership performance outside of Gingr.
