Introduction

The Memberships feature allows businesses to automatically renew benefits for pet parents on a recurring schedule: weekly, monthly, or annually. Memberships provide a predictable revenue stream, foster client loyalty, and improve operational efficiency.

 

What Are Memberships?

Memberships are a flexible solution for offering recurring benefits to pet parents while generating consistent revenue for the business. Businesses can configure memberships to renew on specific days of the week, month, or year, aligning with their operational needs.

Benefits of memberships include:

  • Credits for reservations.
  • Special pricing on bookings, services, or retail.
  • Customizable usage limits for benefits (e.g., limited or unlimited use).

Helpful Hints 

  • Memberships may include one or more benefits, each customizable for limited or unlimited use.
  • Prorated payments ensures Pet Parents only pay for benefits received when enrolling mid-cycle.
  • Use the Memberships icon, the Memberships tab on the owner profile, and the Memberships Report to manage and track memberships easily.
  • The Memberships Report also helps businesses engage with members by enabling filtered views and targeted marketing campaigns.
