This article will guide you through the process of canceling a pet parent’s membership from their Owner Profile. Canceling a membership will stop future renewals but does not automatically refund payments.
Cancel Memberships
- Navigate to the Owner Profile.
- Select on the Memberships tab to view all active and canceled memberships.
- Locate the membership to be canceled and select the red X (Cancel) button.
- In the pop-up confirmation window, select 'Confirm Cancellation'.
- Verify the cancellation:
- The membership will now show a Canceled status in the Memberships tab.
- Benefits will be removed based on the membership's policy.

Refunds: Canceling does not issue a refund. Refunds must be processed separately.

Reactivating Memberships: Once canceled, a membership cannot be reactivated. A new membership must be purchased.

Reporting: Canceled memberships are reflected in the Membership Report and Revenue by Date Report.
