This article provides step-by-step instructions for tracking a pet parent's Membership Payment History from their Owner Profile in Gingr. Staff members can view details on membership status, benefits, and payment history, including purchases, renewals, and usage.
Before You Begin
Users must have the Manage Memberships permission enabled to view membership payment details. To enable this permission, you will need to head to Reports & More > Groups > Admin Delegations:
How to View Membership Payment History
Navigate to the Owner Profile
- From the Dashboard search for the Pet Parent’s Profile.
- Once on the Pet Parent Profile, select the Memberships tab.
Access Membership Details
- In the Memberships tab, locate the membership you'd like to review.
- Select the blue info (i) button to open the membership details modal.
View Payment History
- Select the History tab within the details pop-out.
- Next, ensure you have the Payment History selected in the Membership History dropdown.
- The Payment History section includes:
- Purchase and renewal transactions
- Invoice links
- Purchase and renewal transactions
- Next, ensure you have the Payment History selected in the Membership History dropdown.
