Gingr has a variety of reports to help manage your reservations for customers and to help you track specific data related to those reservations.
Reporting & Location Access
Reports in Gingr use location-based reporting. Results are calculated based on the locations selected in the report rather than displaying data for all locations by default. Each report indicates the type of location it uses, which determines how results are calculated.
Common location types include:
Booking Location – Where the reservation or appointment takes place
Invoice Location – Where revenue and financial activity are attributed
Spend Location – Where the pet parent’s purchases and charges occurred
Package Purchase Location – Where a package or subscription was purchased
Subscription Location – Where the subscription is enrolled
Transaction Location – Where the payment was processed
Pet Parent Home Location – The pet parent’s assigned home location
Available locations in a report are determined by the user’s Allowed Locations. Users can only view and report on locations they are explicitly allowed to access. If a location does not appear as an option, verify the user’s Allowed Locations configuration before running the report.

The Same Day Reservations Report is a reporting tool to see any reservation your business created on the same date it was scheduled to start for the given date range. By using the reporting parameters, you can easily tailor the report to give you a breakdown of daycare or boarding reservations that were made last minute or at check-in.
The Reservations by Day of the Week Report will allow you to generate the total and average numbers of check-in/outs by day of week for any given date range.
The Reservations by Date Report allows you to easily see who is checking in and out on a date range of your choosing.
The Reservation by Date Range Report is an excellent and flexible reporting tool in which to see past, current, and future reservations your business has had given the date range. By using the reporting parameters, you can easily tailor the report to give you a breakdown of daycare or boarding reservations as well as canceled or waitlisted reservations.
The Reservation Delta Report is designed to find customers who haven't had a reservation during a specified date range but have had a reservation during another specified date range. You can also find customers who have had reservations during two different date ranges.
The Reservations by Owner Report allows you to generate a count of the number of reservations per owner and per animal(s) within a specified date range.
The Reservations Per Animal Report is used to generate a count of the number of reservations per animal during a given date range. This report will show helpful statistics regarding all animals in your app and which pets have recently had reservations. You can also target pets with less than a certain number of reservations during a given date range.
The Reservation Type Comparison Report allows you to compare reservation types per animal, specifically if they have completed one reservation type and completed or not completed another reservation type.
The Average Reservations Per Week Report will generate a list of animals and how many reservations they averaged per week for a specified time frame. View the report by animal, owner, reservation, or averages.
The Booking Performance Report provides a breakdown of how frequently selected additional services are applied to a selected reservation type, as well as how frequently a selected add-on is applied to a given additional service type.
The Future Reservations List Report will show you a generated list of all upcoming booked reservations within your facility. This will include both business-made and customer-made reservations, if your facility allows customers to book online via the Customer Portal.
The Late Check-Ins Report will generate a list of owners (and attached reservations) that have cancelled bookings after the scheduled start date and time. This page will generate a report that contains all reservations that were cancelled after the scheduled start date.
The No Show Report allows you to generate a list of reservations that were confirmed but not checked-in.
The Missing Lodgings Report shows data for all reservations missing an assigned lodging at any point during the reservation.
The Rescheduled Appointments Report provides a breakdown of each appointment that was rescheduled in a selected time frame. It includes data about the past and new appointments, including which user rescheduled the given appointment.
